The Popular Rotorcraft Association, which we like to call just "PRA," is a group of people who love homebuilt rotorcraft--gyroplanes and helicopters that they build and fly themselves. These rotorcraft enthusiasts get together to exchange ideas, information and help. They promote safety and can help with flight training.
